Article 1 / Duration of stay
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period can not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 / Booking formalities
After receipt of your reservation, we will send you by e-mail - or, in the absence of an e-mail address, by post - a written confirmation and invite you to pay within a maximum period of two weeks (but more quickly if necessary. (this is a reservation made with less notice) a deposit of one night per room. Once this deposit has been received, the reservation becomes firm. By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below. Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer
Any modification is only possible after the agreement of "Le Rez de Jardin" and may entail additional costs.
We inform you that in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, it will be due, as a penalty clause by the customer, an indemnity fixed as follows:
- if the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full;
- if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the full payment will be retained by "Le Rez de Jardin", unless we manage to re-let the room (s).
In the event of early departure during the stay: full payment for the service reserved.
Article 4 / Cancellation insurance
We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our prices. It is therefore strongly recommended to subscribe to one.
Article 5 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the sums he has already paid. He will also receive compensation equal to the penalty he would have incurred if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.
Article 6 / Time of arrival
The customer must present himself on the day specified when making his reservation, at the earliest at 5:00 p.m. (room availability time) and, at the latest, at 7:30 p.m. The customer must notify by telephone if, by force of things, he is forced to arrive after this time slot (at 06 68 30 50 20). If possible, please do not arrive after 9:30 p.m.

Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer by a room of the same or greater capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
